I was (and maybe still am) a member of Paybox and then Virtapay, which evolved into VirtaCoin. I had earned a substantial amount, but when the company was going through a merger/renewal/change of wallet system etc, the new wallet system was unbelievably complicated. The earnings I had, which I tried to enter into my wallet, seem to have been lost in the process. The same thing happened to a friend of mine. He too, was never able to access his earnings. It’s been really disappointing as we both spent considerable time and effort into earning online. Is there anything we can do? Or is our money lost forever?
