It Is All About BTC, LTC, ETH, DOGE, KAS mining as well as other alternative crypto currencies
Below you can find a list of the more common crypto algorithms with some example coins that use them along with a link to windows binary for a miner for the respective algorithm. This way you can quickly get to the GPU miner for AMD or Nvidia GPUs that you would need to use for a specific crypto algorithms, especially if you have not yet mined a coin based on that algorithm. There are of course some more coins that use other specific algorithms and may not be mineable with the GPU miners listed below.
Scrypt – LiteCoin (LTC), DogeCoin (DOGE), FeatherCoin (FTC), WorldCoin (WDC), Reddcoin (RDD)

Quark – Animecoin (ANI), BitQuark (BTQ), Diamondcoin (DMC)
– sph-sgminer 4.1.0 for AMD OpenCL
– ccMiner 1.0 beta for Nvidia CUDA
HEFTY1 – Heavycoin (HVC), Mjollnircoin (MNR)
– cgminer 3.7.3 HVC for AMD OpenCL
– cgminer 3.7.3 MNR for AMD OpenCL
– ccMiner 1.0 beta for Nvidia CUDA
For other crypto algorithms:
– sph-sgminer 4.1.0 for AMD OpenCL
– ccMiner 1.0 beta for Nvidia CUDA
– ccMiner 1.0 beta for Nvidia CUDA for older Compute 2.x cards
Mjollnircoin (MNR) is a HEFTY1-based crypto coin that is using the same algorithm like Heavycoin, though there is no reward voting support with MNR, so you will need a slightly modified miner in order to mine it even though the algorithm is the same as for HVC. We already have a ccminer update to support MNR for Nvidia GPUs and there is also a cgminer 3.7.3 with Mjollnircoin support available for AMD OpenCL mining (source). Do note that Nvidia is still faster in mining HEFTY1-based crypto coins such as Mjollnircoin (MNR). With the cgminer for MNR mining we are getting a bit over 16 MHS mining on a single Radeon R9 280X video card.
The ccMiner software miner for Nvidia GPUs has received an update to version 0.8 (source) adding support for Mjollnircoin (MNR) mining. This new coin has been just recently launched, and then again just relaunched with some glitches, but there is still some interest from users, so you might want to give it a try, especially if you have Nvidia-based GPUs for mining. We are currently getting about 25 MHS with a GeForce GTX 780 Ti video card mining for Mjollnircoin and with enough interest this new coin might replace the also HEFTY1-based HVC crypto currency that has been going down lately.
