Nocturna Coin (NOC) is another Scrypt-based altcoin that promised to allow trading of equities on the Blockchain, but apparently never delivered on that promise. The NOC is PoW + PoS altcoin, so even if not mining you can be staking the coin with 10% annual interest rate, though without active development and/or community long term holding of the coins is not advised.
