It Is All About BTC, LTC, ETH, DOGE, KAS mining as well as other alternative crypto currencies
The latest update of the z-enemy to version 1.14 comes with nice performance boost in the different supported algorithms along with some slight fixes and improvements. You can expect up to 10% percent increase in the X16 algorithms, up to 15-25% for Tribus, about 10% for X17, C11, PHI1612, Aergo, Sonoa as well as about 5% for Xevan, Phi, Poly. The latest version is available for CUDA 9.1 and 9.2 for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows versions as well as CUDA 9.1 an CUDA 9.2 binaries for Linux (Ubuntu and Hive OS). Do note that for maximum performance it is recommended to have the latest drivers installed (ver. 398+). Lately we are seeing a number of new miners for GPUs that are not based on an already existing source code and are closed source releases with a small built-in developer fee. The T-Rex miner is one of those new miners and it is an interesting option for Nvidia GPU owners that are looking for profitable new coins based on less popular mining algorithms. The latest version T-Rex 0.5.1 does come with a binaries for both Windows and Linux and supports the following algorithms: lyra2z, phi2, hsr, c11, x17, phi and tribus offering good performance. The miner is intended for newer Nvidia GPUs such as Maxwell and the newest Pascal architectures, so it will not work on old Nvidia GPUs. There is 1% development fee built-in and you need to have a recent video driver installed as the binaries for both Linux and Windows are compiled for CUDA 9.1/9.2.

There is a new version of the popular closed source miner z-enemy-1.12 for Nvidia GPU mining rigs that is widely used for X16R coins such as RavenCoin (RVN), though the miner also supports quite a lot of other algorithms in the more recent versions. The latest release 1.12 add support for two new crypto algorithms – Sonoa and PHI2, and also brings slight performance increase in a number of already supported algorithms: X17, X16r, X16s, C11, Bitcore, Aeriumx and others. So if you are using the z-enemy miner you might want to update to the latest version of the software.
We remind you that z-enemy is a closed source miner available only as a binary release and it contains a 1% developer fee built-in to support further software development. There are binary releases available for both Windows and Linux, the official download links are posted below. The Windows binary release is available as CUDA 9.1 and CUDA 9.2 compiled executable, so make sure that you have an up to date driver in order to avoid having issues. Linux binaries are compiled for CUDA 9.1 for the moment and should work fine out of the box on Ubuntu and HiveOS.
