One more Nvidia ETH miner is now available with full LHR unlock – the lolMiner 1.50. The miner offers 100% LHR unlock on Nvidia GPUs with LHR V1 and V2 GPUs for all supported algorithms including Ethash and dual Mining. It requires Nvidia video driver versions 510.x (Linux) or 512.x (Windows) and sudo / administrator privileges in order to run properly. lolMiner 1.50 also comes with an experimental LHR v3 unlock to ~90% (RTX 3050) and ~92% (RTX 3080 12G), though it might still be a bit problematic and not 100% stable, if you are having issues you can always fall back to the safer ~65% unlock.

Apart from QuickMiner NiceHash and NBMiner that already have full LHR unlock for Nvidia’s GPUs with Low Hash Rate (LHR) there is now a third option available. The T-Rex miner comes along with 100% LHR Unlock for the Ethash and AutoLykos2 crypto algorithms on v1 and v2 Nvidia LHR video cards, only the latest v3 LHR GPUs – RTX 3080 12GB and RTX 3050 are not yet supported. Do note that the full LHR unlocker on T-Rex requires 512.xx version of the driver on Windows, and 510.xx on Linux in order to function properly. Also make sure to run the T-Rex miner with administrative privileges in order for the unlock to work.

After NiceHash releasing their QuickMiner with full Nvidia GPU Low Hash Rate (LHR) unlock first, NBMiner comes wiht an update that also unlocks the full hashrate on of LHR GPUs. Unlike the NiceHash release however, the NBMiner is not limited to the NiceHash service, it can be used on all mining pools for Ethereum (ETH). It is also available for both Windows and Linux operating systems. Make sure you run NBMiner with admin priviledges in order for the unlock to function and also to use new video drivers, older driver versions might work, but could cause issues. If you experience stability issues with the settings for the GPUs you have previously used with the partial unlock you might try lowering the clock of the video memory with 100-200 MHz. Do not that NBMiner does not currently support full LHR unlock on RTX 3080 12GB and RTX 3050 video cards with the latest LHR lock version.
