Team Red Miner is a performance optimized cryptocurrency miner for AMD GPUs with support for lyra2rev3, lyra2z, phi2, CryptoNight v8 (CNv2) and CryptoNight R (CNv4) available for both Windows and Linux operating systems. The miner is in beta and is constantly in development, it is a closed source miner with the following developer fees: Cryptonight v8 – 2.5%, Cryptonight R – 2.5%, Lyra2rev3 – 2.5%, Lyra2z – 3%, Phi2 – 3%. Our tests of the latest release with CryptoNight R support for mining Monero (XMR) after the recent fork are showing that the performance we get on AMD RX 580 8GB is pretty much the same as on other popular miners for AMD like the latest XMR-Stak or SRBminer, though the dev fee on the Team Red Miner is a bit higher.

The latest TT-Miner Version 2.1.15 comes with improved support and performance for ZCoin (MTP algorithm) mining on NiceHash and that makes it attractive for use on NiceHash at the moment where MTP is among the most profitable algorithms. The expected performance is up to about 3.5 MH/s for GTX 1080 Ti and stability wise things seem good, though direct mining of ZCoin might also be worth it long term. It is interesting to note that other popular miners with MTP support are still lacking support for NiceHash mining, so the latest TT-Miner might still be the best option you have, not to mention that performance wise it could also be currently the fastest miner for MTP thanks to the latest optimizations.

TT-Miner supports ProgPOW, Ethash, UBQhash, MTP and Myriad-Groestl algorithms on Nvidia GPUs and is available for Windows only, a closed source miner with 1% developer fee for all of the supported algorithms.

VulkanXMRMiner is a new GPU miner that is based on Vulkan and SPIR-V technology and not OpenCL, like most other AMD miners out there, so it should work on any Vulkan 1.0 compatible device: AMD, Intel or Nvidia. VulkanXMRMiner is available for both Linux and Windows and it requires Vulkan support installed with a recent video drivers in order to function. The miner supports Monero (XMR) with its newest variant CNv4 (CryptoNightR) as well as Wownero (CryptoNightV8), Aeon (CryptoNight Light) and TurtleCoin (CryptoNight Turtle) as well as other crypto coins that are based on any of these algorithms. The miner is open source, however the already compiled binaries do come with a 1% development fee for the further development of the software. Feel free to share your settings and performance results should you try this Vulkan-based Cryptonight miner on your mining rigs…
