It Is All About BTC, LTC, ETH, DOGE, KAS mining as well as other alternative crypto currencies
The latest NBMiner 20.0 has just been released with support for Grin’s Cuckatoo31 algorithm (Cuckaroo29 was already supported) as well as support for mining Grin on NiceHash. The new version also comes with an option to tune CPU usage when mining Grin, improved BTM+ETH dual mining performance on Nvidia RTX video cards s well as some bug fixes. Regarding Cuckatoo31 performance, you can expect to get similar hashrate as what the previously fastest BMiner 15.0 miner provides, however stability wise NBMiner does seem to be handling better based on our initial impressions from the new version under Windows 10.
We remind you that the NBMiner is a closed source GPU miner for Nvidia CUDA that is available for both Windows and Linux operating systems and it has the following developer fee built-in: tensority + ethash – 3%, tensority (Pascal GPUs) – 2%, tensority (Turing GPUs) – 3%, ethash – 0.65%, cuckaroo29 and cuckatoo31 – 2%.

The latest GMiner version 1.33 comes with added AMD support for BEAM mining (currently only under Windows) as well as improved performance for Grin29/Aeternity and fixes. In fact this is a fixed release of the GMiner 1.32 release that was quickly recalled because of issues with GRIN soon after it was made available, the 1.33 seem to work fine for the moment. The performance you can expect from the miner for BEAM (Equihash 150,5 algorithm) is very close to what lolMiner 0.7 alpha5 manages to deliver and both miners do seem to work fine regarding NieHash support. Cuckatoo 31 performance for Grin mining is still slower (almost double) than what the latest Bminer 15.0 provides, though GMiner is more stable.
The GMiner Nvidia CUDA miner requires an Nvidia GPU with CUDA compute capability 5.0 or later as well as CUDA 9.0 driver support. Do note that GMiner is a closed source miner for Nvidia GPUs with binaries available for both Windows and Linux, also there is a 2% developer fee built-in the software.

The latest Bminer 15.0 has finally fixed support for Cuckatoo31 on the 11GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GPUs under Windows and now also introduces support for 8GB video cards for Cuckatoo31, but not yet under Windows 10 (Windows 7 should work). The new version also apparently improves stability of the Cuckatoo31 solver, though our short experience with 1080 Ti under Windows 10 shows that more is desired to make the miner more stable and reliable when using the Cuckatoo31 algorithm under Win 10. Still feel free to give it a try, NiceHash is supported and currently Bminer 15.0 offers the best performance for the C31 algo used by Grin, though Windows 10 may still not be the best choice for optimal performance and stability for that particular algorithm.
We remind you that that Bminer is a closed source Nvidia GPU miner available for Linux and Windows in the form of pre-compiled binaries and that there is a 2% development fee for Grin, Beam, Bytom (BTM), Equihash and Zhash coins, 0.65% for Ethash and 1.3% for dual mining Ethash and Blake.
