Another Zcash (ZEC) Cloud Mining Hashrate Upgrade from Genesis Mining

Just a couple of days ago we’ve talked about the upcoming launch of Zcash (ZEC) and Genesis Mining Doubling their Cloud Mining Hashrate Offers and they just did it once more. Their offer has been doubled once more in terms of the hashrate you get, for all existing customers that already pre-ordered as well as for new ones. The upgrade is from 0.3 H/s to 0.6 H/s for the Starter plan, from 3 H/s to 6 H/s for the Advanced plan and from 30 H/s to 60 H/s with the prices remaining the same. Not a good deal considering there are at least a couple miners available now that can do 5-10H/s on a CPU or GPU.

Wait another couple weeks and I’m pretty sure you’ll see 20H/s on a Rx 480.
If you just want to experiment, don’t spend $30 for 0.6H/s when xenoncat’s miner will do 2H/s on a low-end single-core CPU.

Looks like I was wrong. It looks like we’ll see >20H/s (>40sol/s) later today.
